About the Project

ECDC is partnering with the Iowa Lake Community College Construction Technology program to construct this 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom home in the Rockport neighborhood during the 2024-2025 school year.

The home will also have a spacious unfinished basement that could be used as storage space or finished off for additional living space and/or bedrooms.
