ECDC partnered with the Iowa Lake Community College Construction Technology program to construct this 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom home with 1,518 square feet in the Rockport neighborhood.

Located near the shores of Five Island Lake in Emmetsburg, this home features an open floor plan with a modern kitchen, dining room and living room; 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a nice master suite with a walk-in-closet; a mud and laundry room; an attached two-car garage; a nice front covered porch, a back patio door leading to the back of the house; and a backyard with direct access to the Five Island Trail system. The home will also have a spacious unfinished basement that could be used as storage space or finished off for additional living space and/or bedrooms.
